The "Montreux Custom Shop Pedals" is the Montreux effect pedals series, aiming for the world-class effect pedals from Japan, with "Made in Japan" being thoroughly insisted on. The series of processes including the basic design, selection of selective and reliable parts, working of chassis, assembly and operation check is all done in Japan, literally "Made in Japan." In the assembly process, all the components are made by hand-wiring, point-to-point wiring and true bypass as with heart and soul. The domestic production has also a great advantage that the manufacturing process as well as the shipment and even the user support can be controlled based on a thorough communication between Montreux and the manufacturers. Further, the number of units manufactured per month is limited to about ten, so that our products can satisfy all the users. The "Fuzz 33" is the Tone Bender style fuzz pedal. Three knobs of VOLUME, LOW-CUT and GAIN (FUZZ) are employed. The LOW-CUT control is capable of from a boomy and thick Fuzz-Tone to a treble Fuzz-Tone having a distinct feeling. This is the very germanium fuzz usable on site. The "Fuzz 33" has a stability that a vintage Tone-Bender dose not have, but creates an atmosphere of the Tone Bender 3 Knobs Fuzz everyone may image.

The "Screamin' Lady" is a 2-in-1 pedal having a TS OverDrive pedal and a Boost pedal designed in a manner to push the TS OverDrive pedal. The OverDrive section in the latter stage has three controls of Volume, Tone and Gain, and additionally is equipped with a Clipping switch of 3MODE-SW, which is employed in many hand-made pedals. That is, the TS (Silicon-Diode-Clip) is on the left, the COMP-CUT (Clip-CUT) on the middle, and the BRIGHT (LED-Clip) on the right. So, you can obtain your favorite drive in conjunction with a guitar, an amplifier and other pedals. The Booster section in the former stage has two controls of Volume and Pre-Gain. The Pre-Gain is different from a usual Gain in that sort of both Gain and Tone can be efficiently adjusted by one knob, and designed such that the player-desired Tone simply sounds when both sections are on. Of course, each section can be independently switched on/off.

The "Paradise Drive" has a modern taste Distortion sound and a classic OverDrive sound in one. Each sound section has three controls of Volume, Tone, and Gain. All sections are independently able to be switched on/off. The Distortion section in the latter stage is characterized in a distinctive edge, biting distortion and presence components rich sound. The OverDrive section in the former stage gives a fat and compression classical TS sound everyone images. The "Paradise Drive" is produced under the concept of the less dead points with drastic settings such as the Gain 10 fully and the experience of different characteristic distortions by one pedal, and thus stands out from other many 2-in-1 pedals in its originality.

The "Little Buffer" is the third original Montreux pedal, following the Knebworth and CODA. With the addition of effects there is the addition of wiring, with the wiring in effect pedals and the long cables it start's adding resistance which robs your highs and the low end punch of the guitar/bass. Even a short instrument cable will start robing you of your tone, it doesnt matter how expensive your cables are. The "Little Buffer" brings your tone back to where it should be. One of the main priority's in designing the "Little Buffer" was size, so you can add it to your pedal board with out taking up precious space. Because of the small size of this pedal a 9v battery can not be used with it, only a 9v (center pin negative) adapter can be used. It works best directly after the guitar/bass, with larger effect boards a second will also work best at the end of the board. The "Little Buffer" is not an effect, it is a pedal that brings your instruments tone back to it's natural state.

The Montreux "CODA" is the ultimate overdrive/ boost pedal. The left side is simulated TS808 overdrive. You can choose 3 modes with a mini toggle switch. NORMAL mode is original TS808 sound, THICK mode is NORMAL with mid-low frequency (good for Tele) and You can get almost double gain at Hi Gain mode like SRV's TS x 2 setting. The right side is our original design 20db boost. This boost does not affect the overdrive circuit operation in any way, it works in conjunction with the circuit and the boost can also be used when the overdrive is off. The Montreux "Knebworth" is the ultimate distortion/ boost pedal. The left side is simulated Marshall distortion. You can choose various distortion modes from Plexi to JCM-2000 and change sounds with a mini toggle switch. The normal mode is a EL34 tube style high gain sound and the modified mode is a 6550 tube mode, with different harmonics and a more open sound. The right side is our original design 20db boost. This boost does not affect the distortion circuit operation in any way, it works in conjunction with the circuit and the boost can also be used when the distortion is off.
